Səssiz Sifariş: “Silent Order” in Azerbaijani
A QR code lets people choose their order calmly on their own phone, without occupying a kiosk. After choosing a language, they leave a phone number or email for an electronic receipt.
The voice AI is only for blind users. Everyone else uses the standard interface.
01 / The problem
At peak hours, the queue concentrates around a few screens.
Not everyone is comfortable reading small text, speaking, or using a single language.
Help usually appears only after a person has already hit a barrier.
One QR code turns every phone into an extra ordering point. People order in parallel instead of waiting for a free kiosk.
02 / The user journey
The main interface works for everyone. The voice AI creates a separate accessible path for blind users.
A mobile web page opens. No waiting for a kiosk.
Azərbaycan dili, Русский or English. The screen is available immediately.
A phone number or email, where the electronic receipt will go.
After 15 seconds an audio hint plays. The voice AI is only for blind users.
Help appears here
Dish, variant, size, drink, extras and pickup method.
Ingredients, price, allergens and availability are visible before payment.
Apple Pay or card, after explicit confirmation of the total.
Order number, status and receipt, sent to the chosen contact.
Try it
Click or use the keyboard to go through the flow. Switch to the voice path to see how the same order works as a spoken dialogue.
Concept demo, not a live ordering system. No real payments. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere.
03 / The first seconds
t = 0
Large language options are on screen. The phone’s built-in screen reader can read them from the first moment.
t ≈ 15 s
Voice and on-screen text say: “If you can’t see the screen, say your language.” Everyone else simply keeps using the normal interface.
04 / Language and profile
The selected language is saved and used by the visual interface, the AI and electronic notifications.
One contact is enough.
Sent to the chosen contact.
Already chosen, and it can be changed anytime.
Data is requested once. Consent and the privacy policy must be easy to understand.
Choose a language
05 / Two paths
Both paths use the same cart, the same prices and the restaurant’s live menu.
For everyone
Large cards, clear categories, ingredients and price. The user answers short questions and chooses at their own pace.
Only for blind users
The AI speaks each question, listens to the answer, repeats the recognized choice, and asks to confirm the order before payment.
06 / Dialogue logic
Time of day and menu context are already known: breakfast in the morning, the current main menu during the day.
A light snack, a regular or a full meal.
The AI offers only formats available for the chosen dish.
Chicken, beef, fish, or a meat-free option.
Choose the ones you want, or order without them.
One of the available sauces, or no sauce.
Fries, another side, and an available drink.
07 / Completion
Order items, changes, price and pickup method.
Apple Pay or bank card, after confirming the amount.
By email or phone. Marketing messages can be declined.
Order number and a clear preparation status, on screen and by voice.
08 / Expected effect
Every phone becomes an ordering point. Capacity is not limited by the number of kiosks.
Language, choice, payment, receipt and status are all available in one process.
When a staff member takes over, the cart and the context of the request are kept.
The same logic can work in different restaurants and language environments.
No results are claimed yet. They will be confirmed through testing with real users.
For restaurants
A pilot tests Səssiz Sifariş with your real customers, menu and peak hours. Tell us about your restaurant and we will get back to you.
Codes on walls, tables or the counter where customers wait.
Your menu, prices, availability, ingredients and allergens.
Apple Pay and card payments through your payment provider.
Pilot data on the same metrics listed above: time to start an order, completion without help, speech recognition errors, kiosk queue length and staff calls.
One QR code, two paths, one system. Start with a pilot and measure it with real users.
